Coaching sessions are specific to each individual and specific goals. It is standard for therapists to discuss the primary issues and concerns in your life during coaching sessions. It is common to schedule a series of weekly sessions, where each session lasts about fifty minutes. Coaching can be short-term, focusing on a specific issue, or can be longer-term, addressing more complex issues.

We spend the majority of our time at the workplace and so when we love our job, we have a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. When we either don't have one or don’t love the one we have, we struggle greatly. My approach to career counseling is simple. Let's figure out what factors are important to you in life.
