Finding work that is meaningful and rewarding, yet pays the bills at the level you desire, is one of life's most challenging tasks. I am a successful entrepreneur who has started and owned several businesses, starting in 6th grade. I have always been self employed and have navigated multiple re-inventions of finding ways to use my gifts and talents. I bring my own background of intimate engagement with this process, along with use of the Meyers-Briggs to help you determine your career path. My goal is to support you in defining what matters most to you and helping you achieve the direction your heart is urging you to go.

My counselor education included a component of working through and discovering more about how to help clients in their journey to new or changing jobs. We'll draw from relevant career assessments as well as an exploration of your own ambitions and goals to help clarify a path toward the career you are looking for.

I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. I often work with Highly Sensitive People, or empaths, who are more susceptible to these experiences. I support those in helping professions like teachers, therapists, parents, medical professionals, and difficult work environments create their boundaries in their workspace for personal well-being.

I aim to help patients talk honestly, to find the source of their suffering and glimmers of joy.
