The developmental stage of parenting a young child is unpredictable and at times chaotic although simultaneously it is the greatest blessing. Abby specializes in therapy for young children (ages 0–5), providing developmentally informed, gentle support tailored to their unique emotional and behavioral needs. Using play therapy and trauma-informed techniques, she helps children express feelings, build coping skills, and foster healthy attachment.
