I support individual clients experiencing burnout, compassion fatigue, and mental and emotional exhaustion. So making that work as good as it can be is vitally important to our health, sanity, and general well-being. Yet that, like so many things, can be easier said than done. I can help you explore your upbringing and education, your personal values, needs, and desires, along with ambitions and fears to help you find and succeed along a well-chosen professional path. A large component of career choice is how we view ourselves and what we feel we can accomplish. So there's a big element of identity in there. I use Positive Psychology tools to assess the individual's strengths of character and what they view as important tools for success that they already have in their arsenal. From that perspective, we also look at those character strengths that could use a little further strengthening in order to best serve the individual reach their goals. Dreaming and imagining are big pieces of this process, so we also explore those in depth. I encourage realistic dreaming and identify fears and doubts that getting the way of dreaming and accomplishing dreams.

Career satisfaction is an intrinsic part of living a fulfilling and meaningful life. Human happiness is multifaceted, and career satisfaction is an integral part of feeling happy. I help my clients to identify their career goals and aspirations. We spend so many of our waking hours working and if we are not satisfied at work then it sets us up for a dull and humdrum existence. You deserve more than that! I will work closely with you to explore and identify how you can improve your career life. As changes begin to take shape your career satisfaction will improve.
