With each person I treat, I stress the use of Christian principles to solve psychological problems. As I generally practice therapy with Christian clients, I utilize scripture and prayer along with other more standardized psychological interventions...

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.

My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental place where I can help my client’s reach their full potential by processing feelings (past and present issues), improving communication, and exploring family issues. I use CBT, EMDR and other approaches to help clients.
