I offer three models of marriage counseling: Traditional, Solo and Guided. Traditional, both partners come to therapy, Solo, one partner comes in to work individually on relationship issues and guided, using the booklet, Loving Communicators.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help couples identify parts that are interacting within a relationship, developing a better understanding of themselves and their relationship patterns.
