I offer three models of marriage counseling: Traditional, Solo and Guided. Traditional, both partners come to therapy, Solo, one partner comes in to work individually on relationship issues and guided, using the booklet, Loving Communicators.

I work with couples who seem to be locked in emotional cycles that are difficult to understand and to break out of. You can improve your communication and become emotionally focused and intimate with your partner by learning to speak openly and listen non-defensively.

Premarital Therapy is the most requested form of couples therapy in my practice. Addressing issues that often don't develop until after marriage and providing conflict resolution tools to the couple to support healthy communication assists reducing future conflicts.
