As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I see clients through the lens of their relationships. Satisfying connections with family, intimate others, co-workers, neighbors, and friends are crucial to a satisfying life, as are our relationships with ourselves.

Rooted in attachment, neurobiology, and client-centered work, I use experiential methods to help those who feel disconnected from others and themselves find the link playfully back to being in relationship. I serve children, adolescents, and adult individuals.
