Relationships are hard enough. Outside pressures - money, kids, relatives, expectations, resentment - only make things tougher. What do you do when seems there is no way forward? How do you handle it when you and your partner have different expectations?

Rooted in attachment, neurobiology, and client-centered work, I use experiential methods to help those who feel disconnected from others and themselves find the link playfully back to being in relationship. I serve children, adolescents, and adult individuals.

Marriage counseling is one of the most challenging and yet most rewarding work a counselor can do. I work largely from a Christian based Gottman approach that quickly assesses the unique problems within the relationship ensuring we work on what needs repair.

Premarital Therapy is the most requested form of couples therapy in my practice. Addressing issues that often don't develop until after marriage and providing conflict resolution tools to the couple to support healthy communication assists reducing future conflicts.
