My areas of focus are trauma and play therapy. I use a mind/body approach to treating trauma and the associated symptoms. Play therapy uses the language of play to resolve issues and find solutions.

I work with couples to repair and rebuild their relationships. My goal is to help couples find a deeper understanding of one another and create a more meaningful relationship where more effective communication and healing can occur.
