I love working with couples and have a very high success rate, approximately 95%. I help men and women make the transition from experiencing problems to experiencing a deeper connection, helping them resolve their marriage challenges, and increase satisfaction and love.

Rooted in attachment, neurobiology, and client-centered work, I use experiential methods to help those who feel disconnected from others and themselves find the link playfully back to being in relationship. I specialize in grief, trauma, LGBT folks, and creatives.

All families have conflicts or struggles, but some conflicts need a little outside help. As a family therapist I am here to support families in developing healthy life giving systems.

My areas of focus are trauma and play therapy. I use a mind/body approach to treating trauma and the associated symptoms. Play therapy uses the language of play to resolve issues and find solutions.

Fighting with a loved one is exhausting -- often based on misconceptions, blame, defensiveness. I can provide you with skills to communicate safely while managing intense emotions and gently explore with you underlying issues in order to promote compassion/resolution.

Premarital Therapy is the most requested form of couples therapy in my practice. Addressing issues that often don't develop until after marriage and providing conflict resolution tools to the couple to support healthy communication assists reducing future conflicts.

I am trained & certified in Trauma Resiliency Module, TF-CBT, Brainspotting, loss/grief, Domestic Violence and IFS informed. All services are done via telehealth at this time.
