I offer three models of marriage counseling: Traditional, Solo and Guided. Traditional, both partners come to therapy, Solo, only one partner comes to therapy and Guided, Janice guides couples through her book, Framework Marriage Counseling.

When working with couples and families I hold the space for each person in the room to provide the safety to discuss even difficult issues. I use IFS, and EMDR to deepen each individual's experiences when beneficial. My approach is based on family systems theory.

Rooted in attachment, neurobiology, and client-centered work, I use experiential methods to help those who feel disconnected from others and themselves find the link playfully back to being in relationship. I serve children, adolescents, and adult individuals.

Premarital Therapy is the most requested form of couples therapy in my practice. Addressing issues that often don't develop until after marriage and providing conflict resolution tools to the couple to support healthy communication assists reducing future conflicts.
