I have over 29 years of experience helping people and their families cope with a wide variety of relationship changes, adjustment, grief and loss. Using your strengths, I will help you work through these difficult changes to help you manage their impact.

As a Psychologist, I perform many types of mental health services and this includes marriage counseling. Depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues can be linked to relational problems. As a couple, or individual, let's talk about your marital struggles.

I approach marital therapy without assumption or value judgement. Each person brings to a relationship unique attributes which may unknowingly contribute to conflict or painful relational patterns. I work with couples to explore, understand and change these patterns.

We work specifically with women dealing with childhood abuse, incest/rape crisis, trauma, & LGBTQ issues. EMDR, Sensorimotor, sandplay, art, TAT and much more! We also offer services to couples, men's issues, teens & children. We are board certified EXPERTS with trauma!
