The foundation of my approach is systemic, which means I emphasize assessment of how you are impacted by the world as well as how you impact the world. Often clients underestimate the gravity of one or both of these areas despite their importances. In understanding how we are impacted by the world around us, we come to understand that we are not quite as unique or "crazy" as we imagined, and we begin to realize that the vast majority of our responses are quite normal, even if no longer effective. In addition, by understanding our impact on the world around us, we begin to realize that we might have more influence over situations than we think, if we open ourselves to different ways of being

In my work as a psychotherapist, I blend coaching and energy work (which includes: EFT or tapping, matrix reimprinting, energy psychology, PSYCH-K, and muscle testing) to help my clients achieve their unique dreams, goals, and desires. In order to for my clients to become the best version of themselves, they first need to get out of their own way and clear anything that is blocking them or preventing them from moving forward in their lives. Blocks can appear consciously and subconsciously as limiting thoughts and beliefs, disempowering feelings, procrastination and self-sabotage, or as a combination of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Therapy can be a vulnerable, hard, scary, challenging, yet also empowering, healing, enriching, and fulfilling through the transformation process. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for each of my client's, no matter what we may face in our therapeutic journey together. It is also very important to provide an individualized process that meets the needs of each specific client and what you are hoping to achieve in therapy.
