I work with couples to increase responsiveness, trust, and intimacy in relationships. I help partners see how each of their behaviors impact and influence their partner's reactions and how the combination of these reactions lead to self-perpetuating cycles that continue to hurt the relationship. Together we work on skills to decrease blame and defensiveness, increase understanding and responsiveness, and create healing.
