My approach helps you stay connected to what was lost while reclaiming vitality in the present. I work gently with the nervous system to metabolize pain rather than suppress it, allowing grief to transform from something that crushes you into something that deepens you. Other times it may be result from a change in a persons health, possessional or security loss, or dreams and desires. The impact of a loss resonates through various parts of our life. The impact my be our sleep, nutrition, motivation, mood, relationships, job, or even passions/hobbies. It can feel overwhelming to sort out all the feelings and experiences.
