I work from a person centred, family systems, & attachment base in psychotherapy. Our early childhood attachment relationships impact us throughout our lifespan. Sometimes we develop strategies to protect ourselves in childhood which can become challenging to us as we move into adulthood; my approach to psychotherapy intentionally addresses these early childhood patterns.
