I know what it is like to be an addict and alcoholic as I have been through "the wringer" and have been sober and in recovery going on 15 years. I have worked in the mental health and substance use disorder field for more than 13 years. I can help you find recovery.

We like to create a warm, supportive environment where we help clients understand the good reasons they have for feeling and being exactly the way they are. We find that as clients make sense of and understand these reasons the struggles fall away quickly.

Counseling can be deeply personal and private work that delves into one's psyche and history for answers and solutions, or, a series of discussions about current problems that leads to solutions. I am available for both at my client's discretion.
