Psychotherapy is just a fancy word for the process of healing that goes on in a Counseling office. When clients come to my office, I show hospitality and offer something to drink. We have soft music playing and just begin to talk about the areas of interest that have brought them in. From that first session, I determine what is wrong and what needs to happen in order to facilitate the change my clients are hoping for. As a matter of fact, I write out two goals for each client from what they've talked about, each with 3 or 4 objectives to reach those goals!
