I use most often the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Solution Focused, and Narrative therapy models. These models that I use have been scientifically studied as being the most effective in the therapy setting. I help identify the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that keep people stuck where they are in life preventing them from enjoying life fully.
