I have had over thirty years of counseling experience. I hold degrees in Psychology (BA), Counseling (MA), and Marriage and Family Therapy (EdS), and have had experience in community, clinical, hospital, and private-practice settings. I offer alternatives to stuck-ness.

I love working with couples in conflict, frustrated parents, teens who are struggling in school or with their family, and women dealing with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma or navigating tough relationships. I will be in your corner and will work to gain your trust.

I provide a supportive environment for clients to discuss areas of concern – from relationship issues to eating disorders – and to empower them to find solutions. I work with men, women, and teens and to overcome the emotional issues that keep them stuck.
