I love working with couples and especially high conflict couples. I draw on the Gottman Method, an evidence-based couples therapy that starts with a detailed relationship checkup and great communication tools that will transform how you talk and listen to each other.

I work with couples around many issues, including sexual issues. I help couples see the cycles they get into with each other and understand how they are triggered to be reactive. A few of the issues I work with are communication, infidelity, & sexual desire discrepancy.
