We will conduct a character strengths test and begin working with your strengths across all areas of your life. I will show you how to use self concordant goals in order to achieve desired results in your job, marriage or with your children. Self concordant goals are goals that you choose that are aligned with your deep personal values and interests.

Psychotherapy can be an effective approach when you’re feeling “stuck” with a particular life situation. It can help you better understand why you’re thinking, acting or feeling the way you do. It can be hard to make sense of our behaviors at times, and I approach psychotherapy with the goal of finding your puzzle pieces and putting them together so you can feel whole.

Hello! I am currently scheduling individual consultation meetings for adults who are considering group psychotherapy. Therapy groups are for adults with mixed issues who are evaluated to be compatible with one another. Consider exploring an extremely powerful technique that often helps people more expediently than individual therapy! After an initial individual intake meeting we will decide if there is a group in my practice that is appropriate for you. Groups are open ended in duration and in an open format that is guided by the therapist towards interactions and topics that are beneficial to the members. Like most human experiences, I believe that Psychotherapy is a process. It needs a significant investment of time an energy and can be navigated in three stages: 1. Exploration; 2. Identification; 3.
