This process often includes identifying strengths, interests, and barriers that may be influencing decision-making. Clients are encouraged to reflect on what feels meaningful and sustainable rather than purely external expectations. Many experience increased clarity, confidence in decision-making, and a stronger sense of direction, allowing them to make career choices that feel more intentional and fulfilling.
