Career Counselling and Coaching in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario.

According to one study, about 75% of the population feels stuck in a job that they find unsatisfying. It does not have to be that way! It is possible to pursue a vocation that maps on to your values, passion, natural abilities and environment. Whether you are new to Canada, just entering the work force, in transition, or functioning with a disability - a career counsellor can help you explore your options, discover your passion, and develop your skills to make good decisions about your future.

There can be a lot of pressure to figure out one’s career or to decide where one fits within a particular field. Oftentimes this is a winding road rather than a straight route. Within therapy, I will support you in identifying and exploring the values, goals, interests, and passions most important to you so that you can make decisions about your career that feel right to you. I will also work with you to process possible obstacles along the way such as (and certainly not limited to) challenging work dynamics, stress and burnout, and difficulties finding a work/life balance. Contact me or book a free consultation if you wish to learn more.
