As each client is unique, so too is the approach I take in my counselling practice. I use an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive behaviour therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy or ACT, and a strength-based approach.

I am a competent and qualified therapist who has a deep understanding of problems in relationships, addiction, depression, anxiety and other difficulties. I offer individual, family & adolescent counselling as well as cost-effective group therapy sessions.
