As each client is unique, so too is the approach I take in my counselling practice. I use an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive behaviour therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy or ACT, and a strength-based approach.

My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.
