I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (Canadian Associations for Marriage and Family Therapy). I have extensive training specifically related to helping couples at all stages of relationship and with a wide variety of relational challenges.

My counselling services help both couples and families gain a better understanding of the underlying dynamics of their interactions in order to help each member learn to relate more effectively with the other(s). Registered Member of the O.A.M.F.T.

When working with families there may be additional issues within the marriage which need to be addressed. Understanding early relationships and experiences and how they influence attachment relationships in the present can benefit behavioural and emotional changes.

We offer neurodiversity-affirming marriage counselling for couples where one or both partners are neurodivergent. My approach emphasizes communication clarity, nervous-system safety, consent, and practical tools that honour difference rather than pathologize it.
