Chatham-Kent, Ontario is a very historical city with numerous family-friendly attractions. Given its rich and turbulent history, the city is thought to have quite a bit of paranormal activity, with ghost stories both past and present. The historic Uncle Tom’s Cabin is a museum of the Dawn Settlement that was established in 1841 as a refuge for the slaves who escaped to Canada from the United States.
