I look forward to talking with you. I provide timely, confidential & solution based counselling. I am a clinical counsellor/registered Social Worker with over a decade of experience and expertise in the areas of anxiety, depression, P.T.S.D., and family conflict.

My practice is called "Help in Healing", because I work from the premise that the healing journey is a partnership between therapist and client in which I provide assistance, based on study and training, to guide my clients toward a more positive and fulfilling future.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.
