My approach is attachment-informed, experiential, compassionate, and pattern-focused. In our work, we slow things down, get curious about protective patterns, understand the attachment needs underneath them, and create space to feel what hasn't been safe to feel.

First and foremost, I am here to hold space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a way that is meaningful to you. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, relational, and depth-oriented, with techniques individualized to your unique needs.

My goal in counselling is to help you resolve your personal or relational concerns. We can work to sort out personal issues from a variety of psycho-therapeutic approaches. We can also seek to resolve relational conflict and concerns, in marriage, family, or elsewhere.
