I am a passionate therapist dedicated working with clients who have experienced childhood-developmental trauma, relational trauma, intimate partner abuse, bullying, or PTSD. Clients that experience traumatic events tend to struggle with on-going anxiety and depression.

My passion is helping individuals find greater emotional well-being. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I offer warm, empathetic support to explore challenges, identify root causes, and foster positive change. Together, we'll work towards building a more fulfilling life.

Welcome! I am a bilingual English-Spanish psychotherapist and I work with individuals, couples and families to help them overcome life challenges and transitions. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, grief, stress, anger management and relationship issues.

I offer individual trauma-sensitive somatic art therapy and counselling to LGBTQ2SIA+ adults who have had difficult life experiences and are seeking to heal their wounds and reconnect with themselves. 

Within a warm, safe and nonjudgmental space, I will hear your unique story. From there, you and I will build on ways that we can move towards what you want to achieve, how you want to feel, and who you want to be. Throughout this entire process, you are not alone.
