I specialize in giving individual psychotherapy for the victims of trauma and narcissistic abuse. My scope of practice involves treating trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, narcissistic abuse, child abuse, depression, anxiety, overcoming grief, and managing life problems/situations.

Therapy can help bring back a sense of connectedness to life or can help repair a damaged relationship. Couples or individuals are invited to take the first steps in bringing joy and meaning to their experiences. Weekends and evening hours available.

My goal in counselling is to help you resolve your personal or relational concerns. We can work to sort out personal issues from a variety of psycho-therapeutic approaches. We can also seek to resolve relational conflict and concerns, in marriage, family, or elsewhere.

I offer individual trauma-sensitive somatic art therapy and counselling to LGBTQ2SIA+ adults who have had difficult life experiences and are seeking to heal their wounds and reconnect with themselves. 

Sara Trought is a compassionate therapist with a Master's in Counselling Psychology. She works with individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful change using evidence-based approaches in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
