In order to understand addictions, we have to first understand that it is a symptom of a much larger issue. By working with me through their addiction, clients often find that they get to the root of the issue that may be causing relapses or active addictions. My therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness, CBT, the Stages of Change Model, and trauma counselling.
