Is it hard to leave the office/home? I provide phone and online counseling sessions for people who can't come to my office.

I offer virtual sessions in addition to in-person sessions.

As an e-counselor I use HIPAA and PIPIDA compliant virtual care platforms to provide phone and video therapy sessions.

Meeting face to face is not always convenient. I am happy to offer e-counselling.

If you don't have the time or resources to travel to my office, E-Counseling may work for you!

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal

I offer phone and zoom sessions. These are often necessary for people who live in other areas or who cannot travel to the office.

In certain counseling or life coaching situations, "E-Counseling" is an appropriate option. Counseling via phone or email can be used.
