Others may be struggling with an issue related to their work life. Kevin has a good track record of helping clients by creating a comfortable and confidence-inspiring environments, through the use of assessments and reflective modules. Insurance plans are accepted and confidentiality is insured. Change is difficult and challenging but can also bring exciting possibilities. During our first session together for example we will talk about the stages of making change and one's internal motivation to do so. Additionally, we will assess by taking a snapshot of the various stages of your life journey including your current physical and mental health, relationships, work, financial, leisure and personal growth dimensions using various evidence based modalities like CBT and Solution Focused Therapy. Reflection, worksheets, articles and video are all helpful tools to help the client process their understanding and situation as they prepare to move forward. I invite you to visit my website and podcast "Changing Gears" which may provide you with additional information.
