TRAUMA INFORMED COUNSELING FOR INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES AND FAMILIES

THIS IS MY APPROACH AND HOW I CAN HELP YOU:

I have done my best to help so many individuals, couples and families that are struggling with relational difficulties. I believe that the alliance between the counselor and the client is of utmost importance for productive treatment. I have focused my training in the field of trauma, as I see it as the source of many mental health and substance abuse problems. I employ strength based modalities to help clients focus on healing. I recently participated in an extensive EMDR training that has opened my eyes to the brain's inherent desire to heal itself and how I can help guide clients to resolve inner conflicts.

Ultimately, I envision my work as a therapist to be founded in assisting the client to develop a better internal relationship with the self. I believe in encouraging clients to recognize their strengths to better understand their capacity for coping and reflection. I am an empathetic and caring person, who offers unconditional positive regard to help clients feels safe to be vulnerable in treatment.

SPECIALTIES:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and offer in person and online counseling services in the state of Pennsylvania.

I have experience with a large number of mental health and relational conditions, this is just a small sample of issues that I work with most.

SESSIONS:

-Duration of sessions is 50-60 minutes.

-Individual counseling is $125

-Couples and Family therapy is $175

PAYMENT:

-I am contracted with HighMark, Aetna, Cigna and United, Independence Blue Cross insurance companies.

-Otherwise, all sessions are out of pocket and can be paid by cash, check, PayPal or Venmo.

SCHEDULE:

-I see clients in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am to 9pm at my office at 127 South 3rd Street in Perkasie, PA.

-I am available for virtual counseling Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 9pm.
