I have over 4 years of previous experience working with people challenged with a variety of struggles. I work with clients according to their goals and understand that every person has strength inside them to move towards recovery and growth with any struggle they face.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.
