I’m a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and coach specializing in interracial couple’s therapy using the Gottman Method, the Imago Method, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy for Couples. Within the scope of couples therapy, I specialize in couples dealing with 1)infidelity / partner betrayal counseling, 2) a partner or in-law with NPD traits (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) who is causing persistent chaos and drama within couple relationship or marriage, and 3) high conflict interracial couples counseling. I’m also highly skilled in helping young and middle-aged adults experiencing major life crisis/transitions, depression, general and social anxiety, panic attacks, work or academic challenges, relationship and codependent issues, trauma, PTSD, loss and grief, addiction & recovery issues. I’m an integrative psychotherapist and draw on multiple therapeutic modalities when working with clients. I believe that every person is unique and there is no one approach that fits all. The specific needs, challenges and personality of each client dictates what modalities and strategies I use. This integrated approach is ideal for harnessing conditioned fears, beliefs, and defensive relational patterns from the past as stepping-stones toward psychological and spiritual grounding. I’m skilled in various evidenced-based psychotherapy modalities along with more eclectic forms of psychotherapy for the non-traditional client seeking Spiritual Psychotherapy, Christian Psychotherapy or Counseling, ACIM-based Counseling, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Relational Psychotherapy, or Non-Dual Psychotherapy.

I also have over 23+ years corporate work experience in strategic operations management and IT project management. This allows me to skillfully provide Career and Life Coaching guidance and coaching with work/career related issues, clarifying or redefining of career and life purpose, utilizing a highly pragmatic and clinically competent approach to achieving one’s personal and/or professional goals.

Academically, I graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Social Work from Cal State LA, along with an honorary certification in Applied Gerontology. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work with honorary Dean’s List from University of Southern California with dual-concentrations in Persistent and Severe Mental Illness, and Substance Abuse and Addictions. I also received my license in Clinical Social Work through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. I’m also a member of the National Association of Social Work and provide clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and individual and group therapy for adults with severe and persistent mental disorders (i.e. Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder with psychotic features, and severe Borderline Personality Disorders) for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health.
