We are all oriented towards growth, healing, and inner fulfillment; sometimes we get stuck and need the support of an experienced professional. My job is to help you reconnect to your internal resources, learn to use them to your advantage, and develop new skills to move through life with ease.

I specialize in helping people restore the relationship with themselves and others, overcome depression, manage anxiety and stress, heal from traumatic events and painful life circumstances, learn to cope with difficulties in an empowered way, navigate life transitions, and reconnect to the vitality and strength within.
If you feel stuck and want to begin moving forward once again, I am here to help! Working with me can help you reconnect with yourself, rediscover your strengths, and use them to shift the patterns that no longer serve you. If you are ready to move towards positive change-I am here to accompany you on that journey.  I have been helping people overcome life's difficulties for nearly 10 years. I have extensive training in techniques proven to help clients build meaningful relationships with themselves and others, find inner resources and strength, and start living the life they want.

I work with individuals affected by relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, issues related to self-esteem, work stress, immigration and adjustment, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with people of diverse backgrounds at all phases of adulthood including college students, young working professionals, couples, families, and older adults.

My approach draws from mindfulness, body-oriented interventions, relational work, attachment theory, and depth psychology. The therapeutic process, as I see it, works best when it is collaborative and supportive. Therefore, from the very start of our time together I will work to create a safe, trusting, and non-judgmental environment for you. I encourage you to show up authentically and promise to do the same. I offer therapy in both English and Russian.

I am a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and currently serve as a registered psychological assistant (PSB94021410) to Dr. Tom Cicciarelli, Psy,D., (PSY17298) and see clients within his private practice. I receive ongoing supervision from Dr. Cicciarelli, Psy.D. on a weekly basis and I also seek out professional consultation and training opportunities to ensure that I am providing the most effective and ethically sound services to my clients and staying up to date with current research and treatment practices. I completed my Doctorate education in clinical psychology at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA.
Contact me for a free and confidential phone consultation to see if we may be a good fit for working with one another.
