The initiative seeks to give low-income families access to over 150 healthcare programs, including mental health services. Therapeutic playgroups and parent education groups are available. Observation and assessment services are also an option. Clinicians are available to provide in-home services as well. All programs are specifically designed to address the needs of children under the age of five.⁴
