Welcome to my practice. I am a seasoned, experienced psychologist, anger management expert and marriage therapist who is dedicated to teaching you practical and useful tools and thought skills to better deal with your personal, life, or relationship challenges.

My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental place where I can help my client’s reach their full potential by processing feelings (past and present issues), improving communication, and exploring family issues. I use CBT, EMDR and other approaches to help clients.

Dr. Stevenson's specialty is in integrating a comfortable therapeutic environment with scientifically proven interventions , all designed in collaboration with her clients to bring them the best possible outcomes and highest levels of success.

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.
