I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.

Our specialty is in anxiety and related disorders. If fear or panic or anxiety are interrupting your regular life, we want to help. Average treatment is 14 weeks. Treatment is highly specialized and highly personalized.
