For over 20 years, I have practiced as a licensed psychotherapist and nutritionist specializing in eating disorders and body image. My objective is to provide a compassionate atmosphere for individuals to explore and express themselves safely and confidentially.

My passion is for women of all ages and cultures to move forward again when they feel stuck, and to re-write the direction of their own stories. I invite you to explore how psychotherapy can facilitate healing, transformation, and empowerment in your life.

I provide a family focused approach addressing the complex developmental needs of children, adolescents, and their families in addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns.

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.

I work collaboratively with my clients to help address their concerns in a holistic and compassionate manner. I enjoy (and have had success with) working with clients who have had previous therapy experiences that did not go as they had hoped.
