I offer quality individual and family therapies in my two boutique practices in Hermosa Beach and Torrance locations. Also, I have been offering confidential video counseling to those would rather receive my services at comfort of their houses.

I love couples' therapy most of all---helping strengthen bonds between people. I use EFT--Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples, and that work is deep and profound. I also do co-parenting education and therapy, to help support children of separation/divorce.

Creating space in our lives to reflect and process is important for our well- being, and maintenance of healthy relationships. Therapy provides an opportunity to validate our experiences.
