My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

I’m Tim, and I help others break free from “just surviving,” and get back to happy, engaged living. With caring, humour, and evidence-based techniques, I guide clients to access their own power and wisdom, and find lasting answers to tough life problems.

Life can be demanding—stress, strong emotions, communication struggles, and mental chatter can feel overwhelming. I offer a supportive space to help you build practical tools, gain clarity, and feel more confident in navigating daily life.

Life can feel heavy, confusing, or simply harder than it should. Since 2008, I've helped individuals, and couples make sense of what is happening, find practical ways forward, and feel more confident, resilient, and in control of their lives. I'm here to help.
