I support families to build their communication and relationship skills.

My model for couples is relational therapy. I teach the partners how to become a safe and loving presence for each other, building skills for reconnection via dual communication and self-leadership (partners’ takes responsibility for their own feelings and actions).

Some of the fundamental aspects of any relationship are communication, respect and reciprocity. Through my work with couples I help them identify what areas are are working well so we remember to keep them going, and what areas are challenging and need an adjustment.

I offer Intimacy Coaching to couples looking to expand and heal in their erotic journey. My background is in Somatic Attachment, Erotic Blueprint Coaching, and Conscious Kink.
