I support clients navigating career transitions and managing work stress by creating a safe space to explore their goals, values, and challenges. Together, we work to identify what’s no longer serving them and develop a clear path forward, whether that’s exploring new career options, setting boundaries, or finding more balance in their work-life dynamics. I use a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize their skills and capabilities, empowering them to build confidence and resilience in the face of change. By addressing the root causes of stress & providing practical strategies for coping, I aim to help clients feel more grounded, clear-headed, & in control as they navigate change.

Assessment tools can be very helpful in making informed career choices and developing a personalized career path but are best utilized along with an experienced counsellor. Psychotherapeutic tools such as EFT and Mindfulness Based approaches can provide depths of understanding one's self.

I help clients build the motivation necessary to take steps toward a future filled with passion, thriving, and mental resilliance.

Career counselling has progressed away from computer generated test scores and more along the lines of inquiry to individual likes and tendencies. This is the approach I adopt. Together we complete a Career Development Workbook, uncovering inclinations and passions using talking and connection to self and others as our tools. Once up to 3 career choices have been made, a referral to Workplace BC is often helpful for the next steps in market and career research for your choices.

We apply Design Thinking to reframe obstacles to opportunities in creative ways that may be impossible to imagine now. Then we design plans to give you the inspiration and practical experiences that prove what career decision will bring you the greatest happiness, fulfillment, and reward.
