I offer return to work and employment support specific to people who have concussion and brain injury. This is a specialty area that my Certified Brain Injury Specialist designation allows me to provide. I also offer return to school support and education support for this group of people. Struggling with brain injury or persistent concussion symptoms can make school and work daunting and my approach to allow you to explore outcomes of brain injury, build resiliency and develop new coping skills, will make it possible.

Learning more about who you are and how you want to spend the next decades of your life are all considerations in career counselling. Assessment tools can be very helpful in making informed career choices and developing a personalized career path but are best utilized along with an experienced counsellor. Psychotherapeutic tools such as EFT and Mindfulness Based approaches can provide depths of understanding one's self.

Career Counselling requires a counsellor who has had a lot of personal life experience in a variety of diverse areas. This is the counsellor that I am. I realize how important it is to find the right career whether you are just starting out, are needing to change careers, or have reached retirement age and need or just want to find something different to do for either financial need or diversion. My approach to career counselling and planning is taken from the now famous resource Designing Your Life. We apply Design Thinking to reframe obstacles to opportunities in creative ways that may be impossible to imagine now. Then we design plans to give you the inspiration and practical experiences that prove what career decision will bring you the greatest happiness, fulfillment, and reward.
