While most career counselors love to give you capacity based profiles of what your talents and interests are for your best bet career choices, Grey Matters international believes that most people make predictably irrational decisions and then after making them learn way to make them fit into their identities using various types of rationalizations and strategies. We are able to assist folks in career counseling type settings by giving a deeper look at their decision making profile so they can better understand where the core frustration or desire is coming from in the world of work. My approach to career counselling is relational, practical, and attuned to each client’s unique story. I blend thoughtful, strengths-based exploration with gentle guidance that helps people clarify what energizes them, what environments help them thrive, and what patterns may be holding them back. Clients benefit from a supportive space where they can be honest about their uncertainties, experiment with new possibilities, and craft clear, actionable steps. Together, we build a path forward that aligns with your values, personality, and evolving sense of identity—so work feels not only sustainable, but meaningful.

Career counselling with me involves an exploration of your strengths, and experiences. Together we will make sense of your journey and find the words to begin your plans for next steps. In therapy as you experience a non-judgmental, secure relationship you can orient yourself and experience a sense of confidence and assurance to move forward. Through locating where you are in the process of change and untangle the elements that are keeping you from moving towards a life of purpose and passion.

I understand that life transitions can bring about a sense of uncertainty, especially when it comes to your career path. In our career counseling sessions, we'll take a holistic approach, exploring your skills, interests, and values to help you make informed decisions. We'll also look at practical aspects like resume building and interview techniques. While change can be daunting, it's also an opportunity for growth and new beginnings. Together, we'll work to not only navigate these transitions but to also turn them into stepping stones for a fulfilling career and a brighter future.
