I blend thoughtful, strengths-based exploration with gentle guidance that helps people clarify what energizes them, what environments help them thrive, and what patterns may be holding them back. Clients benefit from a supportive space where they can be honest about their uncertainties, experiment with new possibilities, and craft clear, actionable steps. Together, we build a path forward that aligns with your values, personality, and evolving sense of identity—so work feels not only sustainable, but meaningful.

Olivia finds great joy in helping clients navigate career counseling by guiding them to identify their passions and explore potential career paths. She works collaboratively with clients to consider all options, develop actionable strategies, and create a clear plan forward in their chosen field. Olivia believes strongly in the importance of finding purpose and fulfillment in one’s work and empowers clients to align their careers with their values and strengths.
